How long does approval take?
We review all applications within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email with your discount code as soon as it's approved.
What if I can't get a death certificate right away?
We completely understand — death certificates can take weeks or even months to obtain. We will never hold up your stay waiting for one. You have 60 days after your checkout date to provide it. If verification is not received within 60 days, the discounted amount will be charged to the card on file. An obituary or funeral home documentation is also accepted and can be submitted immediately.
How many times can I use my code?
Approved codes are valid for 3 bookings and expire 2 years from the date of issue.
Can I apply the discount to an existing booking?
Discount codes apply at checkout. If you've already booked, contact us and we'll work with you.
Is my document kept private?
Yes. Your document is stored securely, used only for verification, and deleted after review. It is never shared.
Can discounts be combined?
