How It Started
Places I'd Actually Want to Stay
Salt Rock & Sand started from my own collection of vacation properties in Southwest Florida and the North Georgia mountains.
I'm a business owner, real estate investor, father, traveler, boater, and someone who genuinely enjoys entertaining family and friends. Over the years, I've traveled enough to learn what makes a vacation rental memorable — and what makes one completely forgettable.
Rather than buying properties simply to turn them into rentals, I've created places that I personally enjoy using and then decided to share those experiences with guests. I wanted each property to be somewhere I'd actually be excited to stay myself — a place with personality, great amenities, and spaces designed for people to relax, have fun, and spend time together.
