STR Owner Network
Home Swap & Trade Network
Own a short-term rental? Swap your property for a stay at one of our luxury vacation homes — or trade nights with other STR owners in our private network.
How It Works
Step 1
List Your Property
Submit your STR for review. Once approved, it's visible to the entire Salt Rock & Sand owner network.
Step 2
Find a Swap or Trade
Browse available properties and send a swap request. Owners connect directly to arrange dates.
Step 3
Enjoy the Stay
No cash changes hands — just a mutual exchange of hospitality between STR owners.
